Armine Davtian
Managing Partner
Armine joined New York Life in 2007 and was promoted to Partner in the Los Angeles General Office in 2009. She was promoted to Senior Partner in 2014, Executive Partner in 2017 and joined the Pacific Zone as Corporate Vice President for Recruiting & Retention in 2022. She was asked to lead the Covina Valley General Office as Managing Partner in 2023 where she continues to work towards coaching successful financial professionals with a focus on leadership development.
Rosanna Manzano
Development Manager
Rosanna entered the financial services industry in 2015 as an Insurance Agent and quickly became a Registered Financial Service Professional. Over the years, she has been recognized for her many achievements and was promoted to Development Manager for the Covina Valley General Office in 2024. She is very passionate about supporting agents and stewarding their journey in their financial services career. Rosanna's growth and success comes from her ability to balance faith. family, career and community. Outside the office Rosanna is a proud wife and mother of 3 amazing children.
Theo Wyatt
Service Leader
Theo joined New York Life in April 2008 as an office manager trainee in the Portland, Oregon. He has worked in many different offices in Southern and Central California before accepting his current role in the Covina Valley General Office. Theo leads his service staff team to ensure the agents and management team are given the appropriate support. He and his wife Cassandra share two boys and they enjoy traveling together during their spare time.
Garrett Trevino
Associate Partner
Garrett recently transitioned from his role as an agent to Associate Partner in February 2025. He graduated from California Baptist University and was a college baseball coach and business owner prior to joining New York Life. Garrett has a passion for personal and professional development and is honored and excited to join the management team in Covina Valley. He resides in Riverside with girlfriend Taryn and is a big fan of all professional sports and enjoys spending time with his family.
Maggie Salazar
Agency Standards Manager
Maggie is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Agency Standards Manager at the Covina Valley General Office of New York Life. In this role, she assists the Managing Partner as a Supervising Principal, leveraging her extensive experience to support agents in meeting regulatory and company requirements. Maggie began her career at New York Life in 2014 and transitioned to Agency Standards in 2020, drawing on her background as a former leadingl agent.
